Walk-ins & Appointments
Walk-in customers may use our check-in kiosk to sign-in for general business and service requests. Also, remember to utilize the Appointment Scheduler to schedule your appointment ahead of time with a BrightRidge Customer Service Representative to avoid wait time.
After-hours emergency service is available by calling (423) 952-5000 or by visiting us at 2600 Boones Creek Road, Johnson City, TN; enter at shipping & receiving entrance.
Entrance Information
The Main Entrance is for residential and commercial businesses for general business. The first entrance (coming from exit 17 or Cracker Barrel) is for shipping and receiving. Emergency after-hour service for all customers is available in the Service and Construction Building; enter via the shipping and receiving entrance.
